Daily 5 min dance of in 1hr 30 mins (2pm UK time).

Pick a tune and shake that thang for 5 mins (or more) and post back here with what you boogie'd to.

    TOTALLY had a horrid day yesterday :( so I thought this song was pretty appropriate when it came on! LOL Ive been logging for 25days and down 3lbs and this was my first mishap. On my cycle, the weather sucks....cold clammy and gloomy and totally gave in the the "cycle binge". I feel AWFUL and have for about 14hrs now....woke up STILL feeling like I could puke!
