Hmm I dont know anything about gluten sensitivity but something is going on with me and pasta/white bread rolls. The pain is so bad that I cant even make the call to the hospital! Im actually scared of pasta. BUT, my hubs bought me some gluten/wheat free pasta to try and I had no bloating or pain. So something has worked…

Hi there my daughter is 5 month old (3rd baby) and I am just starting to try my luck at weight lose. I have about 15kg to loose but still feel like I cant run in fear of a prolapse. I only loose weight running no matter what I do with my eating etc so its very disheartening not to be able to start running again.

The shakes have been just about the best thing that has ever happened to me. Eating portion controled healthy food usually ends up being higher in calories or if i equal the calories it never fills me up like ultraslim. ive tried other expensive shakes but they dont work this one is great. it helped a friend of mine loose…

I am right there with you. Im drinking 8 glass's of water a day and burning 600-700 calories a day plus weights. I just put it down to the body adjusting...my head is killing me right now aswell!
