Anyone doing Ultraslim?

Hey first poster In between meals, do you eat anything or do you just have the 2 shakes and dinner? How is it working out for you? Im a mum of 2 young boys and I find myself taking a bite here and there of their snacks. If you do this, do you add the 'bites' to your food diary? I lost 10kg's last year on Ultraslim but put on 3.5kg's over the 3 months I took off over Christmas. Still not too bad, Ill get there.

Meal replacements work temporarily because you're NOT going to live that way the rest of your life. And if you intend to, then you're really missing out on how to enjoy great cusine. Learn how to EAT foods you like and understand how to portion them correctly for better results that last.

The shakes have been just about the best thing that has ever happened to me. Eating portion controled healthy food usually ends up being higher in calories or if i equal the calories it never fills me up like ultraslim. ive tried other expensive shakes but they dont work this one is great. it helped a friend of mine loose over 30 kgs which was around 5 years ago and she has kept it off, even single kg. I have lost quite abit of weight on it and it really improved my lifestyle and health so anything that does that this easily is a winner in my books. and this shake is only $18 in safeway which lasts a week for 2 meals a day so much cheaper then the rest of them. Even after talking to some people that work at the local gym, they said that if it helps to loose weight then its a good thing and alot of people who work out there use it aswell. So really it does nothing but good. It also helps to choose dinner meals correctly especially when calorie counting because it takes all the hard work out of having to add all the ingredience to fitness pal. Usually though i find it hard to fit in the 2nd shake i end up having it around 4pm if i do have it and have to mark it as a snack. Ive been able to run around with my kids and have even gotten through some of the couch to 5k running plan so even my energy is improved and i cant speak any more highly of this. Does that answer your question??
SO....can anyone say something that is related to my ORIGINAL post?0 -
I also feel that meal replacements are not preparing you for long term success, but it is your choice. To answer your original question....
Yes...Log EVERYTHING you put in your mouth.0 -

quite rude just so you know.. very rude infact
You cannot live the rest of your life eating 2 shakes a day for two meals, I am not on this program, however- I can only imagine for it to work properly you would need to log even your "bites"0 -
Im not currently doing shakes , since I am pregnant. But I did after my last pregnancy just to get a jump start after I had her and will do the same after I have this baby. I would eat a piece of fruit w/ the shake or as a healthy snack in between ,veggies too. And a healthy meal for dinner . I never did it long term though, switched to Weight Watchers after a month or so , and then eventually calorie counting0

I eat three small meals a day and then two snack during the day. If the shakes are working for you and you plan to do it for the rest of your life, it is your choice. I would love to find something that could help me lost weight and keep it off.0

you plan to do it for the rest of your life
They do work for me and actually no i don't plan on doing it for the rest of my life! Kind of childish to say? Over the past few years i have actually been using shakes for around 4 months out of the 24 months of healthy eating, and during the times i have enjoyed the shakes i have also lost the most amount of weight. I use these as a booster and honestly i don't feel like there's anything wrong with that at all nor is there anything wrong with talking highly of something i think truly works. You really need to try it to see for yourself, but each to there own...and i wouldn't judge you or other ppl who have replied here telling me its wrong for the decisions you make to become healthy....so much for a supportive forum.0 -

The reason for that response is because i sensed sarcasm and felt like i was being put down for my choices and i think it was within my right to be defensive.0
