Exercise after birth
My baby is 5 months and I still feel like I can't run. I just don't want to damage anything down there iykwim. Floors can be strengthened but as soon as there is a prolapse it cant be fixed without surgery. Can anyone formulate a 1 hour high intensity cardio workout
Im looking at doing a low impact high intensity 1 hour workout 6 days a week that doesnt involve weights or muscle toning and is effective. Ill just add that running isnt an option atm. why is zumba not in the exercise options?
I would have assumed it would be in the options, and seeing as its not, what do you use to replace it?
