i,d say this is the best advice for men,s health and fitness given, can,t go past this they got everything , or just go on the internet there really is no excuse for him. Befor you eat if you can put into mfp what your going to eat to get the calories befor you eat them not vicer versa, that will save you consuming a huge amount of calories then regreting it, it,s not recorded till you save it and you can remove it and try entering another food type if you change your mind to eat something…

personally i use to do Couch 2 5 k.... thats a walk run or jog till you get to 5 kilometers over about 9 week, it works really well on dropping those extra pounds as long as you don,t indulge and undo what you put in as i did a few times lol i do things the hard way sometimes, so i,m suggesting go out to a nice quiet road…
