Also I heard that when you start building muscle your fat is pushed to the surface .. I.e. It makes you look fatter then you really are is this true or complete bs?

Hello I'm a guy but ever since I started working out I realized that squating really helps like no joke .. I wasn't aiming for a nice butt .. But with all the squating with and without weights it makes your butt build up and tight .. I don't mind it but it wasn't one thing that I expected ... So squat! U ti you can't squat…

Thanks and I'm sure not gonna let muscle to easily since I am body building and people my height seem to have abs at 150-155 so yea I'm mainly looking to loose fat because it's so much harder to build muscle than it is to loose fat so I'm not gonna let my muscle to so easily ... Cuz for my weight of 165 I'm benching 185 ..…

Depends on your height and really how much you need to loose overall because I know that he more u need to loose the faster you loose .. So that being said if you do some hardcore workouts such as insanity and diet .. Diet is crucial!!!! I can't really tell you what to eat because I don't know weather your going for toned…

thanks and skin isn't a problem because I did recently find my body fat percentage and it's at 16% so maybe at 155 my abs will really be out ... Because I can see them now .. Anyways thanks for the info

Well here's what I do .. I am still dieting and working out but I can not live without hot Cheetos .. So instead of cutting it out just eat one a week as a chela meal or snack .. Get into that habit and it really helps and you won't crave it as much
