How to ruin your favourite meal

I discovered something today. How to inadvertently (well for me) ruin your favorite meal. I got the nasty cravings for some mac n cheese at some time after midnight, usually that's when the food demons attack. I cooked one pot, stove top mac n cheese. I added extra cheese, over done it in the salt department( I did not have full mental clarity since the idea of stuffing my face in a few moments time clouded my seasoning abilities :laugh: ) and when i ate the over cheesed, over salted, disgustingly creamy concoction, all i wanted to do was heave. Since today, I do not think I LOVE mac n cheese anymore. Even the thought of eating any other mac n cheese makes me think of mine, and the flash backs are too strong to forget or ignore. My advice to anyone who cannot get over a certain meal, snack or whatever. Cook it in the most disgusting way possible or better yet douse it in oil and see if you still love it :happy:

    Well here's what I do .. I am still dieting and working out but I can not live without hot Cheetos .. So instead of cutting it out just eat one a week as a chela meal or snack .. Get into that habit and it really helps and you won't crave it as much

    Yes.....sadly, it is so. I cannot believe I actually ruined the best food in the world.

    So glad you can do it, however knowing myself I can only quit cold. I was born without the ability to reason with myself when it comes to my favorite food lol
