I'm 198 pounds now , do u guys think I loose about 30 pound by may 5 ? If so please give me more details and excercise plans please

    Depends on your height and really how much you need to loose overall because I know that he more u need to loose the faster you loose .. So that being said if you do some hardcore workouts such as insanity and diet .. Diet is crucial!!!! I can't really tell you what to eat because I don't know weather your going for toned lean or cut ... This is just my experience because it's what I did .. From now till may aprox 4 1/2 months .. First try of insanity I lost 28 lbs from there I've dieted and body built to loose another 12 .. So if you work of enough and eat right (not eat less please do not starve yourself just eat right you'll loose weight quicker if you eat right) then you can have no problem loosing it in the time but remember loosing weight is no easy task! I'm not gonna sugar coat it because it's hard phisical and emotionally so he prepared and it's really worth it in the end .. So just find a good workout routine (probably harder workout burns more) and eat right then you should drop 30 lbs in no time

    Eating healthy includes filling 1/2 your plate with vegetable/fruits and 1/4 good carbs (whole wheat, not white flour breads, pastas, and rice) and the other 1/4 lean protein. If you drink soda, stop drinking it and switch to water (at least 8 glasses a day or divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces, i.e. if you weigh 190, you need to drink 90 oz. a day). This is just the basics, but I hope it helps. Good luck! :-)
