Help please male loosing weight! 2 weeks!

Hello I'm Eric and I started my weight loss journey 5 months ago and have lost a total of 38 lbs I used to weigh 205 now I'm at 167 and it's getting harder .. My profile pic is my most recent one wich is where I'm at .. I weight lift a lot because I heard u don't get extra skin and so far I don't have any .. Now I'm in a hole where I wana get below 160 and I have 2 weeks to do it ... Is this possible? If yes how and one more question .. I feel like I'm starting to get abs but maybe I'm just swing things can you tell me if I am?

    Based on your picture, you are likely at a fairly healthy weight. Why the time limit on the weight loss. I don't think a large loss like that would be possible for you in that time frame simply because you don't have enough fat to do it.

    I don't have the numbers, but a person's body can only burn a certain amount of at a day, and that amount of fat is related to the total amount of fat a person is carrying. If a person has a lot of fat, they can burn a fairly large amount of fat in a day. If they have less, the amount they can burn in a day is less. The remainder of a persons deficit in the case of having little fat that they can burn would come from other sources, the most likely being muscle.

    To lose the weight you want in the time you want, you will sacrifice muscle. Likely you can lose only about .5 pounds a week while preserving your muscle, or at most 1 pound per week.. I know it stinks, but looking at your picture you should be focusing less on the scale and more on body recomposition. Measurements of you chest, waist and hip at the very least, and perhaps arms and legs as well, not to mention some way to monitor body fat percentage and pictures every few weeks would likely be a more helpful gauge of progress.

    how tall are you? just by looking at your profile picture I'm thinking you should focus less on weight loss and more on muscle gain...protein and weights should be your new best friend. I don't think you would notice that extra 7 lbs missing.

    My ideal body weight is 150 according to doctors and stuff .. I have bulked up a lot since I started but ever since I stared this died I feel fat like if I'm ever more self conscious than before .. And 2 weeks because I have a bet going on and I'm winning ATM cause my friend started loosing weight at the same time but I hit the gym while he hit the treadmill.. I feel like I still got more to loose but my skin is tight it's just fine especially after a workout .. But for him he got extra skin cause after world 40 lbs I guess it does that to u .. Anyways he is loosing weight. Like crazy up to a point where he's 2 lbs behind me .. I just don't wana do to much cardio cause it's really hard and because of the way it left my friend

    You have really accomplished a lot with your weigh loss. Congratulations on a job well done...and you have only a few pounds left. That's wonderful!

    The reason it's getting harder is because you don't have that much left to lose.

    My advice is to chuck that competitive spirit and drop the bet and just continue doing what you are doing. After all, you don't have any loose skin but he does. That should tell you that you are doing this weight loss journey in a healthy way.

    Why have you got to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks (as matter of interest)? That's a lot and seems too grueling. I was happy losing half a pound to a pound a week...

    Check out the body building web sites and follow what they do when they want to drop weight fast. I think many of them follow a carb-restricted diet when they want to cut. You could probably drop seven pounds in two weeks going low carb.
