  • You look awesome! That is great motivation.
  • Eat your calories with highly nutritional non-processed food. Almonds, carrots even pop-corn. That way you are getting the nutrition. you will feel satisfied.
  • I have made it with regular eggs - it just bumps up the calorie if you use the yolk.
  • I have done it and it is fun and hard. Your post makes me want to dust it off again. I think you should just keep doing 11 minutes. Then in a week do 14 minutes and keep adding to it. Before you know it you will be doing the whole thing!! Keep it up!
  • Not sure where you live but in MN there is a store called Hot Mama. They specialize in getting women great fitting jeans. They have lots of brands, and the women who work there totally get how to fit women in jeans. It is expensive - but good jeans can last forever. Good luck!

  • Hi I just turned 40 this year too! It really starts to change your perspective on "why" you want to lose weight. Hope it goes well for you. Don't beat yourself up just get up and start moving and eating nutritional foods!!
  • Hi- I am learning too, but have found that frozen no thaw chicken breasts are a great week night meal. You can toss them in the oven frozen with a bit of olive oil, herbs or spices right when you get home. About 30-40 minutes later you have chicken that can be diced and tossed with a salad, or put into a soup with broth…
  • Me too! Back on. Why oh why did I leave?? Not sure but gotta get back on.
  • Everything said here is right on. Go for an extra long walk or run or bike ride tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up that is so destructive to your emotional well being!
  • Making my return and refreshed committment public notice. Helps me stay accountable! Seems like I took a month off. Did not gain any weight which is great, but certainly did not lose by not being committed. Want to get back on track toward my goal. So here I am logging my food.
  • This is the best place to be for starting over. It is an amazing tool that really helps you understand how much you have been eating and get control over it. The people are really great too!
  • TOTALLY AGREE! I do the same thing for dinner. I put in my breakfast, lunch snacks in so I know roughly what I should eat. I stick with the same breakfast everyday makes it easy, and mix it up at lunch. I also agree that its tough to eyeball and there are some things that will sneak up on you for example salad dressing,…
  • THANK YOU all for the great support.
  • The amazing thing is how the human body does what it needs to do. Take care of yourself; rest; eat well and the journey will unfold before you. I love that ! I am done having kids--even though secretly or not so secretly would love to keep it up! javascript:add_smiley('heart','post_body') Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free…
  • I had a great week. Stayed at my 1200 except for one day. Not sure how far over I went but could not have been to bad. Also rode my bike the next day and did not eat even close to all my "extra" exercise calories--most days I cannot eat that much! Today I did my weekly weigh in and despite feeling great did not lose weight…
  • Hi I do the winsor pilates dvd and looked it up on another site to get the calories for pilates. for 20 minutes it was 120 calories. I put it under cardio vascular because it will not work under strength training. At least then you can keep track. Good Luck
  • TOTALLY AGREE! Dieting is tough work. best to stay focused and stay in the zone but sometimes life events, parties, ice cream just get in the way. What I love about this tool is that I feel like I can get back on track quickly as opposed to feeling like the whole cause is lost. You can do it -- get back in the swing of…
  • Hi - I am really getting the help I needed from this site. I almost went to Jenny C to try to lose weight and decided to give myself another shot. This site is really helping me learn how to be aware of what I am eating-- and it works. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
