I like my Brooks Adrenaline running shoes for Insanity, as well as all the other Beachbody workouts. I have tried Nike Free, Shox, & Asics. Brooks have worked best for me, but, everyone is different.

Instant coffee - like the Starbucks single packs. I use 1/2 scoop Shakeology (chocolate), 1 c. unsweetened almond milk, single pack instant coffee, and sometimes i put a tablespoon of sugar free/fat free choc fudge pudding mix in it along with 2 c. ice.

i put instant coffee granules (preferrably starbucks) in my shakeology. makes a great protein/mocha drink. never tried whey in my hot coffee though.

I have worn Asics, Nike Shox & Nike Free for Turbo Fire workouts - the best ones for me are Nike Shox. My sister-in-law likes cross trainers for Turbo Fire best. I guess it all depends on the individual. Chalene most always has on Shox.

i use the unsweetend with my shakeology - i prefer it over skim milk & coconut milk. can't beat the 40 calories per serving either!

i love turbo fire. i have not followed the schedule, but, i do mix it with ChaLean Extreme, makes a great combo.

I am on my second round of ChaLean Extreme and I love it. We mix Turbo Fire with it, sometimes using the HIIT workouts because they are short, but, certainly not easy. On days that we do not do CLX, we do the 45-60 minute Turbo Fire workouts, which are fun and great workouts.
