I think that her body is pretty rocking and that she should get some more muscle. Her body type is very similar to mine and its refreshing seeing someone in the public eye that maintains their own body image and doesn't cave to what society dictates is a good look (skinny, etc).

PS. If they have thin crust pizza I would opt for that!!!! With spinach and feta.

There is a great Sri Lankan saying that says the best gift is a re gift. If you don't want to keep it, give it to someone else who would appreciate it. I don't think that your coworker intended to hurt you.

We played on the same co-ed sports team when I was 14 or 15. We instantly became great friends and had a lot of common. 10 years later he professed his love for me when he moved away to the UK for law school. We started dating while doing long distance and now it has been 2 years in January. :)

I have a 3 year old Boston Terrier Poodle cross named Diesel. He's a bit of a handful and very sensitive. Alexis is my 2.5 year old long haired chihuahua that loves her blanket.

This is pretty fun! I'd have to say Sean Connery and Michelle Pfieffer.

We played field hockey on the same co-ed team when we were about 14. We had a common friend that introduced us and we became good friends. I also remember working with him through high school. We went to different high schools so I'm guessing field hockey was a way for us to get to know each other. It wasn't until I was 26…

It's really bad to hold your bladder! You are more susceptible to getting UTI's!

Once in a while I totally eat breakfast for dinner. You just have to remember the serving sizes and that breakfast meats contain a lot of cholesterol and fat. I frequently do the one egg plus egg white to cut down the cholesterol. Also, one serving of bread is one piece. I always keep whole wheat frozen waffles in my…

I get leg spasms at night and people tell me that it is due to potassium as well. Not sure if it's true? I would certainly speak to your doctor about it.

I'd be wary of the sodium content. Have you tried Sriracha? It's spicier so you have been warned. I use it on all of my food. I also use salsa from time time time.

For me, water makes a huge difference. Sometimes, for whatever reason, it stays retained in my body.

Diets don`t work. You have to choose to change your diet for life in order to benefit long term. Nothing worthwhile is easy my friend! Slow and steady weight loss actually stays off. For me, I do small substitutions that by the end of the day, makes a HUGE difference! I eat lean and green. You wouldn`t catch me eating a…

Not a good idea. I drink protein shakes in the morning as my breakfast or post workout. A meal replacement once or twice a day is okay, but that can`t be your only source of nutrients. A lot of meal replacements are high calories just an FYI... you are better off to actually cook your meals. It`s amazing how much food you…

I think that going back to NY will be a god send. Have you tried meditation for the anxiety? I found that it helped when I left an abusive relationship. I was petrified to do anything and had frequent anxiety attacks. You can get free guided meditation podcasts on iTunes!!! Love them.

Some people, like myself, feel uncomfortable in group settings. I am attractive, bubbly, and friendly and TOTALLY feel uncomfortable around people I don`t know. I have introvert tendencies and feel more comfortable around small groups of friends that I know. Maybe find a common thing you guys like and go from there. It is…

I just finished recovering from a lower back injury. I think that the hardest part was giving my back 10 months to heal. I`m now able to lift the same weights that I was able to lift before the injury. I found that simple core exercises helped the best. Nothing too fancy. Also, proper posture and being aware of tucking in…
