17 days isn't long enough to see any worthwhile results.
  • Its 17 days in four cycles.

Diets don`t work. You have to choose to change your diet for life in order to benefit long term. Nothing worthwhile is easy my friend! Slow and steady weight loss actually stays off. For me, I do small substitutions that by the end of the day, makes a HUGE difference! I eat lean and green. You wouldn`t catch me eating a carrot (hate them) but I love spinach! Eat what you like and get creative. I throw some berries and a sliced apple in my salads in order to make them appetizing.

Looks like there's a couple groups started in the group section you might want to check out. :flowerforyou:

Diet...such a misunderstood word. Immediately associated with weight loss. Maybe it's because of the pandemic the U.S. is in with 33.9% obesity rate.

A tiger on the other hand consumes a 'diet' of elk, gazelle and other free range mammals. That's how it should be understood.

Like I said.... life choices. Not short term choices.
