I love LOTR. Read the books 8 times, seen the movies more times than I can count, own the extended editions, etc, etc. I can't wait for the Hobbit, either! Personally, I use whey protein after my workouts to help build lean muscle. Other than that, I try to use lean meats and cheese to get my protein in my regular diet.

I second the "wear larger pants". You won't get muffin top if you wear pants that fit you correctly (I have this problem all the time.)
