    MON –Crunches: 0 because it is 11pm and I am just reading about this challenge now~ Breakfast: Yes (milk and muffin)

    TUES – Crunches: 60 (mini crunches as I am a newbie to crunches) ~ Breakfast: Yes but small (water and a cereal bar)

    WED – Crunches: 30 (actually did jackknives using the Wii Fit Plus which works your abs but isn't the same as sit ups as you lift your arms and legs towards one another to crunch your abs)~ Breakfast: Yes (water and strawberries then more water and a granola bar)

    THU – Crunches: 30 ~ Breakfast: Yes (water and grapes)

    FRI - Crunches: 30 (did jackknives using the Wii Balance Board)~ Breakfast: Yes (water, 2 eggos, syrup, more water)

    SAT- Crunches: 30 (MY ABS WERE SORE BEFORE I STARTED TODAY AND ARE EVEN MORE SORE NOW THAT I FINISHED! I AM FEELING THE BURN OF DOING 30 CRUNCHES FOR 6 DAYS IN A ROW SINCE I NEVER DO THEM NORMALLY!)~ Breakfast: Yes (apple juice, strawberries, toast, peanut butter, water)

    SUN- Crunches: 30~ Breakfast: Yes (water, Honey Nut Cheerios, 1% milk)

    Thanks for the challenge. eating breakfast wasn't hard but doing 30 crunches a day for a total of 210 crunches this week was a good challenge for me.

    I feel terrible for not getting the crunches in this week-I just kept forgetting. But I did eat breakfast, which is usually a struggle for me.

    well I feel short on the crunches and I always eat breakfast everday. but I did my best. I forgot most days :( if I had completed 50 EVERYDAY, i would have made it! :(
