Add me too ... I've been on MFP for 40+ days and I'm not losing weight. It's not because I'm not exercising, I'm eating wrong. Weekends are my weak spot ... anyone else feel the same?

26 May: today's gone well, all housework completed, rode 14.5 miles on my bike, had a yummy dinner of home-made burgers & wedges *and* stayed within my calorie goal!! :happy:

Exercise goal: to exercise 5 times/week (3 x C25k, 1 x 45min spin class, 1 x weights session) Nutrition goal: to login and track my food every day Wellness goal: to take 5mins every day to meditate and take time to check in on MFP buddies daily. Reward: put £7 into my sportive bike pot.

I agree with Menoz - clips do help your pedal stroke and power on your bike, but they do take a lot of getting used to. If you're completely new to them, try straps that go over your foot or a toe-hold first to get a feel to having your foot attached to the bike. Once you're happy with that, go for the clips, just be…

I *so* know how you feel!! I've jumped 'on the wagon' too many times to count, only to fall off in hours sometimes! I really do want to do this though, so I'm with you all the way!!
