I really want to try body pump and I'd like to tone up a bit more. You have to be a member at my local gym to do it though which is a bit of a financial investment considering I might not even like it!

Something I've learned recently is if you don't enjoy a particular exercise, don't do it! Find something you do enjoy and go for that instead! My cats are pretty friendly usually but if anyone in our house is coming down ill, they dont leave you alone!

I sometimes exercise when my muscles are a little sore but thats usually with a days rest in between. Remember that rest is as important as working out if you want to develop go strength and fitness!

I'd noticed too that Ive been doing a lot more cardio and strength work outs but my weight barely changed ts all but when i look in the mirror I can see a change in my figure and to me thats more important than what the scales say!

I've cut out full fat soft drinks but I still cant give up on carbonated drinks yet. I mostly drink coke zero, water (lots!) or tomato juice.
