My husband islike this exactly .He has a high metabolism and I hate him for it lol. He does work on a dairy farm though so its alot of lifting and moving around etc

Good luck Dazz . The best thing to do is take it a day at a time and dont give up if you have a slip up its ok just keep going . We're all here for a reason and this is the best place for motivation .

Oh you poor thing I was diagnosed with colitis in my early 20's and it was the worst time of my life .Luckily it has gone into remision but I do know what your going through. Add me if you want .Take care hon xx
