I got to disagree with you. If your protein is high enough then you will continue to maintain or possibly gain muscle mass. If your calories are low enough then you can lose fat. I am living proof that you can do both... I just dropped 15 lbs in the last few weeks while increasing my bench press, squat and dead lift...

I love teriyaki... I buy them on sale... Walgreens just had two bags for $7. When they are that cheap I buy as much as I can afford... They need to make a bbq for the jacks nuggets though.

I did drop the 25 in april but gained most back already. Now I'm 6`1 256lbs and would like to be between 200 to 210. I was really just checking if anyone else was able to accomplish a high amount in a short time.

It was a realistic goal. I did drop the weight but I am gaining it all back. I cut my Calories to 1300/ day with the majority of them being protein. I use many vitamins and supplements. I eneded up losing 10 lbs the first week. The only thing I did was 60 to 75 min of lifting each day and a 45 min run every morning. No…
