I am attempting to lose 25 lbs in 6 weeks.
I hope this is a goal that I can reach. I would love to get back to college football weight. Six weeks of misery and pain should equal a Summer of feeling comfortable in the pool.

Anyone know of a good protein bar that is high in protein but low in calories. One that will allow me to gain muscle mass and still lose weight. Also nut free would be ideal due to a nut allergy.

Cheese Rice Cakes
I just found rice cakes... WOW, they are a great snack and they fill you up. If they were higher in protein I would eat them for every meal... Other then Beef Jerky this is got to be the next best snack..

I am attempting to lose 50 lbs in 90 days. I will eat 1400-1600 calories daily while running 45 min in the morning and lifting weights for 60-75 min 5 days a week.
