I'm about an hour away near Greensboro...feel free to friend me if you want!

For your height (which is mine as well) the healthy weight range is 118-154 so 140 is in the healthy weight range BUT if you want to lose a few more pounds it would still be ok. As for what to eat I wouldn't worry too much about it, it's a vacation after all so have fun and just make better food choices, again as others…

Yes, you log all your food here and sync MFP to fitbit and the food you log here will transfer over.
-
It's really up to you on whether you really want it or not. I have one and personally I love it, gets me moving more. And no you would only add the food here and it will transfer over to the fitbit site for you, just make sure if you get it to sync them together so that it transfers over. You also don't input your exercise…

I would definitely try the snacks at your desk approach as well as liquid calories as they don't tend to be too heavy sitting in your stomach. If I could send you some of my fat I would  I hope that you can figure it out and definitely bring it up at your next MD apt since it's almost July already they may have some…

Unfortunately no one can tell you how much weight you will lose in 2 months as we all lose the weight differently and at different "speeds" per say. We could both be the same height/weight/age, eat exactly the same and exercise the same for 2 months and you could lose say 10lbs where I could lose 5lbs. I would suggest that…

You need to give it more than a couple of weeks. I would say give it another 4 weeks or so and see how it goes.

I work in High Point, NC

I don't think there is a way to track B12, at least not that I can find on here.
-
You might be burning more than you realize as well as HRM's and the such are not 100% accurate. I would go back to what you were previously at and see how you do with that and I would give it more than 2 weeks also. I am starting T25 next week myself and am looking forward to it, plan on watching it first this weekend so I…
-
LOL I thought it was only me as I had seen that too, but I figure it's not going to be accurate anyway so I just ignore that part and focus more on my measurements and then what the scale says.

I have to say I haven't laughed this hard reading a post in the forums in a long time

I would start small. Toast, banana, yogurt and see how you feel...the more you eat even if it's a little the more your body will want it. If not then I would call and talk to your MD again. Good luck!

When I watched the infomercial on this I thought the same thing that there was no way anyone could lose 100lbs in 21 days....THEN I rewound it to listen to it again and the person had actually said that they lost 100lbs doing 10 rounds of the 21 day fix which means that it took them 210 days to do it which puts it at about…

I am guessing that you are using a fitbit? If so which one do you have?
-
I am so sorry for your loss, I can't even imagine what you are going through. :'( <3
-
I wouldn't worry too much about it, you may retain some water but that's easily fixed by drinking more water. And seeing as how you say that you stay under what is recommended I don't see a problem with you doing what you want at all.

If you search in the cardio for strength training there is something there that will give you an estimate of calories burned, I know a lot of people that use that rather then logging each separate thing under the strength which does not give you an estimated calorie burn.
-
Yep they did attempt that you could only buy I think it was like up to a 20 oz drink and they banned the 32 oz one or something stupid like that (I'm from NY and can't remember the idiocy of that clearly lol) and people would just buy 2 drinks instead which in turn you were drinking 40 oz instead of 32oz.

Yeah for $3.40 I had egg, cheddar cheese on a croissant and I can probably bet that it tasted a lot better then those shakes.
-
Now that is completely rude and I'd probably do the same thing. Makes me so grateful I work with an awesome bunch of ladies that respect each other when we say no to ordering out.

This happens with me everyday first thing in the morning usually it takes away 50-60 calories but the more I move and by the end of the day I always have added calories. It takes some getting used to seeing the fluctuations in the numbers but they even out in the end and you get used to it

Well that might be my problem I have mine set at lightly active...didn't even think of that...glad I decided to click into this post...thanks!
-
Also if you have your new device set up on the same fitbit account you can remove the old device from that account and that should do the trick, I had to do that with my old one when I got the charge hr

My sister moved from NY to NC about 18 years ago for school and stayed and my kids and I moved from NY to NC about 2 years ago while my parents are still in NY. We are all loving it in NC. Good luck!

Get out I did not know you can do that to change the steps! I have found that when I drive home it does count steps while I was sitting in my car driving lol but now I will enter that in for the time I am in the car...thanks for that tip!
-
I have the fitbit charge hr and I love it. The only downside to that is you can't really get it wet, like swimming and what not but other than that I love it. I know the polar loop and the polar A300 are very popular as well.

If you wait for it to go away it will just come back anyway. Stay consistent and it won't be so bad. I have found that continuing to workout does help the soreness believe it or not. Also making sure you are hydrated I have found to help me as well plus stretching afterwards helps as well.

Congrats! You look amazing!
