Tracking B12

Does anyone know of a way to track the amounts of B12 they’re getting from their foods the same way we can with protein, sugar, etc? I’ve just gotten results back that show I’m severely B12 deficient (not veggie or vegan), so on top of a supplement my doctor suggested I also try to up my consumption of B12 rich foods. I’ve been looking through the system, but I can’t figure out if there’s even a way to track that sort of thing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

it would be painful, but you could run an "average" day thru nutritiondata.com where all nutrients are listed (in foods you can find there).

I don't think there is a way to track B12, at least not that I can find on here.

Hmm, not a bad suggestion to get an idea of the most common meals I eat. Although definitely would be a pain for daily use.

Tracking B12 would be a pain since most foods don't have the amounts listed but if you eat some smoked oysters or sardines or some of the other foods on the lists a few times a week you should be set.

Eat lots of fish and red meats there are also b12 vitamins my b12 was so low at one time i had to go in once aweek for a shot. The only way to monitor it is with a blood test.

I think Cron-O-Meter lets you do that. Maybe fitday.com too?
