  • I’ll be 40 in two short weeks, but I feel like I’m in my twenties as far as my physical fitness and energy levels, etc. Still about 15 pounds from my goal weight, but im down 50+ pounds over the last couple years. Any advice for what to expect or prepare for once I’m officially in the 40 club?
  • I'm always looking for friends to help me stay motivated . . . feel free to add me

Feel free to add me so we can stay fit together! I’ve lost about 50 pounds since January 2016. Counting calories, staying active, and never giving up have been the key…

  • I've been predicting this all year.............GO SKINS
  • Damn it felt good to see RG3 throw for 4 TDs yesterday! GO SKINS!!!!!!!!
  • I love it when I hear about the QB controversy in DC too......after Kirk Cousins saw RG3 throwing passes for the first time he said "I've never seen anything like it." End of controversy. LOL He got a test from the Bears starting D, but he'll get used to the pressure that he's going to see in the NFC East.
  • That makes two of us!!!!!
  • It's the last week of April and the black coffee is the way to go for me. I had my coffee with creamer and sugar a couple times over the weekend and I could feel a HUGE difference. Besides being extra hyper after I drank the coffee my old way, it was hard for me to fall asleep. The black coffee is great for my daily/weekly…
  • March is over. I stayed true to the no red meat diet (except that one time) and now I've lost 8lbs total. Not eating red meat didn't necessarily kill my food choices, but it made me realize how much beef/pork I eat on a regular basis. Next month I'll be continuing this and adding a little something to the mix......

  • Yesterday I cheated. I bought a plate of corned beef and cabbage from an office potluck.......and then I went back for seconds. It was sooooooooo good!!!!! That being said, I did feel sluggish up until when I went to the gym and got started on the treadmill. I'm going to reign myself in for the rest of the month. One more…
  • Now, that's encouraging. I've been back in the gym for about 6 weeks now and it's working great. But I'm thinking that I might give it a shot in May-June in order to step up my results. Hearing stories like that just make me want to try it out even more.....

  • Attitude is HUGE when it comes to team sports. Bringing in guys with good character, work ethic and previous success should motivate the younger guys trying to make a name for themselves. We def need some help in trenches, but I'm hoping we can find some talent in the draft. The highly rated linemen free agents have burned…

  • Agreed. Goodell can suck it. But, after reading the fine print it looks like management has us in a good position even with the penalty. We only lose $18M in cap space this year, leaving us with approx $22M to spend in the offseason. Not too shabby...... What do you think about the Garcon/Morgan deals? Personally, I love…

  • I just checked out an article on Yahoo sports called "This time, the Redskins got it right". There's a video of RG3 drawing up a west coast offense play and discussing different issues with Mariucci. This is a great interview. Check it out if you get a chance.

  • It's been 2 now and I'm feeling some of the difference. My apetite has gone down, but my energy level has gone up! Over the past couple weeks, I've dropped some small amounts of weight, but my clothes are def fitting differently. My waist is going down because my pants are looser and my shirt feel baggier. This is my…
