Hey!
I'm not just looking for vegan friends btw, you all are welcome to eat whatever you want
I'm mainly here because I've been vegan for four months and want to ensure I am not eating WAY under my calories as that will lead to binges in the future. I'm not overweight, but still want to shed that little excess. I struggle with body confidence issues and so any accounts taking how much they DON'T eat, are not welcome with me sorry.

Same boat as you. I just cut out all dairy products. And I totally forgot to replace those key nutrients. So I was low on calcium and others. But your smart to start counting I wish you luck!1

I just switched from Fitbit to Applewatch and I’m also looking to add some new friends to help me stay motivated. I’m definitely a meat eater, so don’t hold it against me lol0
