I line a pan with frozen chicken breasts, top with just about anything ... honey, salsa, taco seasoning, italian seasoning, lemon pepper, etc. Bake for 50 min or so at 375. Sometimes I will fill up the rest of the tray - or a separate one - with a frozen veggie mix and bake them together.

Thank you. I appreciate the support! My hubs really is the best, but whenever I start losing weight he starts buying more sweets. He doesn't realize it until I point it out though, so he tries to be supportive. :)

I should have said "Even if I drank the same amount..." because I'm not planning on it. Two sugary drinks a day (versus 4 or 5) and the rest is water. Why no diet pop? I don't like the taste, but also, it's a really bad habit for me. If I drink some, I drink way too much and wind up never eating and just drink pop if I'm…

Because you're up and down during the day, plus your regular workouts, I'd say light activity.

Good luck! I'm the exact opposite. When I'm in the serious doldrums, I lose weight. Guess I've been a LOT happier lately. ;) Glad to see you're feeling better though and are back on track. You'll feel great in no time!

Wow, some great discussion here. Thank you for the input. As far as pop goes, it might be a mental thing, but even when I was in high school, I had to either drink it or not. Whenever I try to make it a special occasion treat, I wind up drinking it again regularly. Knowing that I have little will-power in this area really…

I'm sure of it... I just don't like it. :laugh: I'm always grumpy when I stop drinking pop. It's one of my only vices, but I've done it successfully through five pregnancies. As soon as that is over with, my mindset should improve dramatically.

I need to lose quite a bit too. It sucks, but ... what can you do? We're the ones who put the weight on, so unfortunately, we're the ones who have to lose it. lol Good luck!

I have about 100 lbs to lose as well. Not feeling very confident or happy about it at the moment, but I know it's necessary.
