Peanut butter cup overnight oats!
I love peanut butter cups and am currently obsessed with overnight oats, so why not combined the two?
2 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (non fat, greek)
1/3 cup milk (non fat, unsweetened almond, any kind)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 - 1 tbsp of cocoa powder (all personal preference)
optional; dark chocolate chips
Melt peanut butter and vanilla in the microwave, enough so the peanut butter is soft.
Combine oats, yogurt, milk, and cocoa powder in a bowl or small container.
Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix very well.
Store in the fridge overnight, or at least for 1-2 hours until the oats are soft.
optional top off with fresh fruit and enjoy !

No. Overnight oats are served cold straight from the fridge.
I would lower the peanut butter amount for myself in this recipe or use PB2 like I've done before. This recipe like it stands is probably over 500 cals. That's a little high for me to use up just on breakfast.

@thatdesertgirl777 It was just over 400 calories. but I lowered it down to 345 by making some minor adjustments to the brands of stuff I was using1

I've used this recipe but had to cut down the yogurt cause all I tasted was vanilla.0

pro tip: if you don't mind a couple extra calories, you can also substitute 1/2 pkg. sugar free chocolate fudge jello pudding mix instead of cocoa.1

I also cut down on the milk and yogurt. cause I like my oats really thick0

Do you know how long can you leave it in the fridge before quality suffers?0

I'd say a couple days. max. I left mine for 2 days and it was fine

I use 50g oats, 20g chia seeds and 200ml milk to make mine. Then I add either honey, Nutella or peanut butter/PB2 and some fruit.0
