  • I'm sure it's possible, but not healthy. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, then slow and steady is the key. This is what I have always been told by health experts. Good luck to you!
  • Thanks for posting this! :) I tend to beat myself up when I "cheat." After that I get depressed all over again and then I fall off the wagon completely. It's good to hear that other people "slip" off the wagon of a healthier lifestyle. Thanks for the encouragement! :)
  • Try eating more throughout the day. Spread your calories out more instead of saving them all for the evening. I know when I let myself get to the starving point, I tend to overeat. If eat a little something every couple of hours, I never get to the starving point and have more control over how much and what I eat.…
  • Could be you're not eating enough calories. If you don't feed your body enough fuel, it will start "hoarding" what you do give it. Maybe try eating some of your workout calories.
  • It might take some time, but if you go to their website, they have nutrition facts on most of their foods. If nothing else, maybe try eating a salad and bring your own dressing.
