SW: 181 CW: 181 GW for challenge: 160 UGW: 120 Maintained weight, though some of that is water, I can tell in my bloat. Had some NSV like exercising almost every day, drinking something but water twice, and chocolate once. No matter what I know this challenge will be a success since I have motivation to get up and work out.

Though I have a feeling I've gained weight, I did some things this week that I'm super proud of. I only drank tea twice, ate chocolate ONCE (huge for me), and ate no candy at basketball games. I also worked out EVERY DAY but one.

So this really reminded me not to get discouraged if I gain a little weight. :)

Chicken fingers and fries because of a basketball game, but I'm about to burn some calories to make up for it!

CW: 181 GW: 160! :) Goals: Workout at least four times a week, but because of being a huge sports fan that might not happen. Drink only water. No chocolate, since it's my dirty pleasure.
