I run 6x a week. I enjoy it and pull up without injuries. I have been doing this for 3 years. But I usually only run 5-6kms per day. I do a 20km run every 3 to 4 weeks but then I rest the next day. If I am sore I rest more. I did a 30km muddy trail run a few weeks ago, oh man I was sore after that and didn't run for 4 days…

I ran with my American Bulldog. She is great company. Only downfalls is that she has tripped me over once (its funny now, but I was pretty annoyed at the time) and she is limited to cooler temps. She overheated badly once which was really scary

I am soooo allergic to processed food. Once (in band camp) I had store marinated ribs and my face blew up. I also get hives from processed food. I do not know which chemical exactly but since I have taken up clean eating I have not had the problem again

I go through spurts of weightloss. Might take me 5 or so weeks but then I tend to plateau for a few months. Meh, as long as it comes off I'm happy
