It all looks delicious! I’m a fan of onion and any veggies except a few I will have to try and make to see if my tastes have changed. Fruit of any type I enjoy. I’ve been on a blueberry kick lately blended in a protein shake.

I enjoy going to the gym and weight lifting but dont much care for cardio. I look forward to the gym and what Im working on today. Just gotta find what you lke and that way it doesnt feel like a chore. Log everymeal preferably before you eat it. I eat mostly clean foods and some other stuff like take out. Ive learned one…

If your losing and drinking diet soda. I say go ahead and keep doing what your doing. Water is best. I dont drink diet soda but I just dont like what aspartane does to me.

To get more calories in you can try like mentioned above and whey protein to up your intake plus get more calories in. Some protein powders barely have any carbs in them. Just read your labels

I don't I take 4 fish oil 360mg Omega 3 pills and glucosamine everyday.

Yea protein shakes and nonfat Greek yogurt has alot of protein in it.

Yea find your Calorie goal and then measure out everything. You can find cheap digital scales for food. I keep my fridge stocked with egg whites almond milk Greek yogurt and the like.

I will take a banana and blend it up with some plain Greek yogurt and peanut butter with ice. Other than that I don't know what you mean. But a banana will sweeten up a lot of things

Its up to you but I found since I stop drinking diet soda. I don't hurt as much and the cravings slowed down. I mostly drink good ole water and sometimes some regular soda Pepsi and pepsi next.

Going to be walking in 19f weather, this gave me the motivation even if its cold out side walk anyways.

I use Recipes tool for things with a lot of ingredients or things with only two or three that I eat frequently.

Have you tried egg white muffins. Easy and you can eat on them the rest of the week with a little salsa. Ill post the recipe if your intrested

I first cut out diet soda and started drinking regular soda. I cut out soda out all together. Every once in a while Regular soda isn't bad if its counted.

It depends what you filled out for how active you are. I put my active to light even thought its not always light at my work. If you filled everything else out right it should be right.

Found a digital scale we had for a while but lost. Measuring yogurt is so much easier now.

That's a good idea. Scales would make it easier because you wouldn't need to dirty several measuring cups up.
