There might be several causes for it. Have you changed up your workouts at all in the 2 months? Your body might be adjusting to the exercise and therefore making it less effective. Meaning you might be burning less calories. So increasing your workout intensity could help. Usually the MFP App updates you calorie intake…

Don't eat them if you're not hungry. IF you are hungry it is fine to do so. However, like a previous post mentioned calories burned is not accurate nor is calories eaten. I love veggies actually. I just cant keep them in my fridge very long. They don't last. I make my meals for the whole week over the weekend and I haven't been able to find veggie packed meals that will keep. I'm not into salads unless I buy them. I like hot foods more! Thanks for your in put! :)

Oh, wow. So you continually add up the amount you walk until you reach the distance? Do you count casual walks? I live in a city so I walk everyday, but I don't consider that as exercising. I would be interested in learning more seems interesting.
