I actually think that is the opposite. I havent at my exercise calories and now im stuck. So im going to try my best to eat them and see how it goes. Dont give up hope , I know it can be frustrating.

I understand completely! Sometimes 15 pounds can be life or death , especially with a bad family medical history. I have a cousin who is barely 140 lbs and he is now diabetic.
