  • Just saw this topic, so I am a week late to the game; but ready to play hard. I need to be fit enough to climb the tallest peak in NY by the first week of July. So this challenge will be a great help. Thanks for getting this started. This weeks goal will be 180 minutes and I am starting tomorrow. Time to rock and roll!!!!
  • When I reach 70# my goal is to hike Mt. Marcy (the highest mountain peak in New York State). It is over 12 miles up. I thought the best way to mark my goals is doing something that I never thought I could do. Something to talk about for years to come. And of course i am doing it with my best friend!

  • That is really cool. I hope some day I can get to that point. I am happy today that I eat healthy 50% of the time. I know eventually I will increase to 90%. :)

  • I just started last night with my friend and her daughter. I didn't think I was going to make it through the first night. But I did. I was super proud of myself. Not sure if I can make it to complete jogging, but I am sure going to give it a try.
