Hi all I'm Shay. I was here a few years ago and had a amazing journey. Lost almost 100 pounds. Unfortunately a accident has seen me drastically gain weight and lose my drive. But I'm back starting over again. I have 62 pounds to lose and have set some lofty goals for myself this year.

My first few weeks I lost about 15 pounds then it reduced to 2 to 5 pounds a week. But it has been steadily that about each wweek.Time is the answer and sticking too it.
