Hello,
I am trying to be as accurate as possible with my documentation of food and work outs, but you can't see calories burned doing strength training, so how does everyone document calories burned for strength training?

Type in "strength training" into the cardio section and it will pull up results.
Since it is very difficult to track calories burned from lifting, you may have to play with the numbers a bit.0 -

HRMs are not accurate for weight training. They are designed/coded for steady state cardio.0

I usually just pretty much use what MFP has for strength training, except I will cut a small portion of time off.0
