:smile: im starting today as well, im doing zumba two nights a week will do shred 6 mornings and take sunday off, will take pics for before and after as well as measurements goodluck everyone xx

do you feel different cutting out wheat? i tend to find i bloat and hold a lot of water when eating carb based foods did you exclude these from your diet for medical or weight reasons? im intrigued to know as i am such a sucka for fresh bread, pasta and so on x

aww no,u are doing great hun you had a balanced meal better then eating a great big indian or cake but then we are all human we are all here to help and encourage not judge hiccups just ignore negativity and carry on with your good work x

thanks guys it nice to meet people who are all working together and helping each other i tried ww but didbt find the support i really needed i have read through some posts on here and its really lovely to read each others encouragement and how pleased people are for reaching goals etc x x
