I started Zumba a while ago and although I love it, the only video I have is quite short and doesnt really give me the "oomph" I need or want. So, until I get a new one I thought Id go back to the 30 day shred dvd I have. I managed to do it for only a week in the past so I know how BIG of an impact a mere 20 mins (well...technically 28) can do! I was wondering if anyone else is interested in starting it up as of tomorrow and in 30 days we all post our measurements/pics, etc. Anyone up for it?

I have been doing it on and off but I would love to do it with a group. I'm more likely to do it every day again. I'll post measurements when I get home. When I got on the scale this morning I was 224.2.

I just completed my first day and wore my heart rate monitor watch. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Id say that I gave it moderate effort and only burned 75cals!!! BUT it did have my heart rate up to 180 (advanced zone) during the fast cardio moves like the butt kicks and on average my heart rate was at 155 (within my weight management zone). Do you all think I should just keep doing level one for the week and than switch to level 2 (I hear its more intense) instead of just switching now?
