I am going to try to get my nutrition for the rest of the day with some fruits , veggies and protein. The morning was way too much empty carbs and bad fats.. Thanks guys!!!

I ate 4000 calories already , that is why I didn't count today as a good day. Starting today is a good idea, but I wasn't "delaying" it. Just didn't count today as a healthy one.:smile:

I have shakes as snacks, usually with some dairy, fruits ,a lot of veggies and nuts. Shakes 3 times a day isn't a good idea, won't keep you full and its hard to put enough of everything in a drink. Either have large nutritient glass of a smoothie as breakfast or simply a snack.

I found a new way to cook eggs, scrambled eggs boiled in zip-lock but is it unhealthy? Is cooking it in plastic a bad idea?

I basicly binge on everything. It doesn't really matter to me , I don't even enjoy it, I just get relaxed.

Lol.Some of them do eat, but God, some of the models diet is scary. I think as long as a person eats, she shouldn't be considered unhealthily skinny.

Once, I thought maybe eating something until sick would make me stop craving them. The wrongest(if that is a word) thing I have ever thought. I craved them more than I ever did .

I used to eat between 1800 and 2500. Good times.. Now I don't have a normal eating schedule. Except my healthy 2500 calories and what I listed , I ate LITERALLY 4 huge bowls of cereal and 2 cups of a very high calorie granola. Guys , I think you got me wrong. I am not judging naturally skinny OR anorexic people. The question was simply"what looks unhealthy" .I get called too skinny , that is why.

You need to eat more. I don't believe that there is a magial number( most people say its 1200). Everytume you get hungry, eat nutritious and healthy food until you get satisfied. And exercise, obviously.

Do you exercise? There is a thing as too much protein but I don't think it would hurt you if you eat a huge amount of eggs or meat, do not take extra protein shakes though. That is the point where it could be count as too much.

Splenda isn't the best sweetener. I prefer Stevia( It's all natural , organic and strong). There are some calorie free syrups(they are called skinny syrups) but I am not a fan of them. I like to add some whole milk and honey, it satisfies me more , it is more natural and tastes better to me.

Your body will live with whatever you give to it, that's the job of metobolism. Do you mind drinking small sizes? You can always order "short"( It's smaller than tall) and when you want it"skinny) (with skim milk) the calories are suprisingly low!

Do bananas have high fructose corn syrup? No. Do they have those weird colourings? No. Do they have Citric Acid? I can go on like that forever. I truly respect people's opinions, but you cannot say that the chemical people put in a candy bar is the same with banana. It is so harmless with fruits, it is so not with candy…

You look bloated after you drink a lot of water. Do you look at yourself when you wake up, after using the bathroom? There is no way that you are gonna look bloated if you work on abs;)
