Still Bloated??? REALLY??

I have been working out hard for about a month now and have been clean eating...NO Cheating either..been drinking tons of water and my tummy looks bloated!!! I take a whey protein shake after my workouts ...I work out about 5 times a week. I have read that Whey could cause bloating..but I have taken this shake before and its never done this...I'm getting frustrated because I'm tired of looking so bloated and Im working so hard to be in the best shape of my life. suggestions???

You look bloated after you drink a lot of water. Do you look at yourself when you wake up, after using the bathroom?
There is no way that you are gonna look bloated if you work on abs;)0
