2200 calories seems like a lot, but you're just starting out, if your settings/activities are indeed entered in right, just start the way MFP suggests...You will probably adjust this as you lose later anyhow. I eat before work 8:00ish..protein shake or oatmeal, Noonish I'll have my lunch, around 3-5 I'm in need of a snack…

I usually log my exercises. If I only do a little extra walking or maybe a 10 min exercise I won't log it, since Fitbit usually adjusts it anyways. If you do log it, say, after you do it & Fitbit already adjusts it will just take your adjustment away & leave the logged exercise. Hope this makes since & even answers what…

I drink a shake every morning usually using skim milk, sometimes almond milk--or when I'm outta milk I switch it up with a different healthy breakfast. Add me if ya want! 5'3" CW 132 GW 125...started off at almost 140--I had just kept gaining & gaining & had to do something! Holidays were hard but only gained a lb or so, this month I've gotten back in gear (like most of the world haha!). I use a Fitbit & it helps me track even more :)

I too had mine set to mildly active, I had it bumped up a long time ago I felt it was giving me too many calories, but apparently I'm actually more active than I thought. Maybe if I bumped it back up it would be more accurate, but I've just been happy with my calorie allowance & losing a pound every week or two...I'd hate…

I try to only weigh once a week, maybe twice a week...I only log my weight loss if I see the number twice on the scale. Too much disappointment when I lose a lb just by fluctuation.
