I'm a senior citizen so I guess I don't count any more since the age group only went up to 30??? :laugh: I'm a cranky old lady so I eat and drink what I want... when I want... as long as it fits my MFP calorie goal. :bigsmile:

Mine is that the title of the study and the wording the news media used was misleading and if someone didn't read the whole study or watch all of the news articles they would think that if they start drinking diet soda, they'll lose weight.
