I second (or third?) roasting it with olive oil & spices. It keeps it crunchier. Also, I use it in place of pasta/rice in my seafood dishes (Ex. Shrimp scampi w/ broccoli - you can go heavier on the yummy sauce if you don't waste cals on noodles!)

I'm losing very slowly, but at least it's been consistent. Today is my 73rd day and I've lost 7 lbs - so about a pound every 10 days. (I'm 5'4 and started at 145 & am now 138).

Why don't you set your daily goal a little higher? If it was 1350 (for example) you might lose a little slower but it'd probably be more consistent. Then you could squeeze in a cookie now & again, which might keep you from binging. Just an idea.

Don't do it! Squid ink has it's own flavor & I don't think it'd go well with tomato sauce. I've only ever had the pasta before though (with a garlic butter sauce)

I'm 5'4, set to losing a pound a week with NO exercise & MFP has me eating 1230 a day. I think you should be eating more, if you're working out & trying to build muscle.

I skip on the underwear for yoga. In my opinion yoga pants were made to be worn that way. I don't use the machines and stuff though, so I'm not sure about all that. This whole post is kinda hilarious. :)

It was tasty! Aside from the pita, it seemed pretty healthy too. I guess I could have had a meat & veggie kabob for less calories, but eating should still be fun sometimes right? ;-)

Yeah, I have no clue... I saw an entry that listed the ingredients in mine (including the tomato) for 597 and I decided just to use that. It seems high enough to be realistic, but who knows?

I knew that some of the stuff I was eating was bad, but I honestly thought some things were MUCH lower in calories than they are. Tortillas, cheese, and honey (64 cals per tbs!!!!!!) were big shockers for me! I've also had to do away with juice.
