I have lost weight it's just that I have these days where I have bad cravings for food that are not good for me and i pig out it.

I hate salads I just don't like eating it with out ranch but then I have to change somethings up I'll try that :D

I find replanning difficult because I like to have hot and ready prepared food. It's just something I can do. I really hate to microwave anything

I got to school and can't eat in my science classes or my regular classes meaning I have to snack during classes changes which is very difficult. I might pack something quick like a bar and eat it on my way to class :D

thanks I have it in the pantry but never eat it I find it very plain and always add a lot of sugar. ( I have a sweet tooth) but I'll try it with peanut butter. I have never mixed hot food with fruit I kinda find it weird I LIKE THAT!! I'll try it :D

The thing is that I have colestrol and eating egg on a daily bases because of it's high colestrol counting about 200 mg which is more then half of my whole days colestrol.

Thanks I'll do that. I have a shack in the morning for breakfast because I am always in a rush So maybe be by having a healthy snack after breakfast it'll help me eat less durring lunch :happy: thanks for the advice :happy:

If you are strenth training the first thing that happens is you gain weight so as you strength train the fat is replaced with muscels which are a lot denser then fat. The thing is these muscles need a lot of energy to funtion and if you are eating less then your body needs to preform daily tasks and help repair the muscles…

macros is short for macronutrients. this includes fats(lipids), protein, carbohydrates and nuclic acid (DNA & RNA) but when it comes to your food you just look after the frist 3. I took biology this information is still stuck in my head even after my exams !!!

About 20-25 pounds maybe more the more you weight the fast it comes off. So you'll be down to the 220's. Good luck :D
