Eating the right food

I am around my calorie goal all the time but i always eat the wrong food. Like mayo which is total off limits for me since I have colestrol. ughh but it's so good I always find myself eating all the wrong types of food how to I change this.

If you are within your goal you are doing fine. If you need to cut back on thinkgs like mayo get the fat free alternatives or find a substitute.
Plain greek yogurt is a great sub for things like mayo and sour cream (I really like the Oikos 0%) If you feel you need the taste of the mayo sub half of the amount.0 -
Thanks for the sugestion I'll subsitute it out of my diet. It's not good for me anyway0

Try thinking outside the sandwich. Take all of the vegetable ingredients that you would normally like in a sandwich, and throw it all in a salad. Or make a soup. Or a stir fry. There a lot of dishes that mayo just wouldn't go in.0

I hate salads I just don't like eating it with out ranch but then I have to change somethings up I'll try that0
