The only way I know is to delete the ingredient and re-add it with the correct amount. I wish it was as easy to do like it is for the food diary but apparently it isn't.

199 lbs. I haven't weighed under 200 since 1994. I've effectively wasted two decades of my life being obese and a slave to food. Once I get under 200, I KNOW I can reach my goal of 150. It's getting there that's the clincher. Good Luck, everyone! :flowerforyou:
