Fantastic progress! What a great goal you have to shoot for. Am I reading that right? Did you lose 80 pounds in 125 days?

You've done amazingly well yourself! Fabulous, indeed!

Doesn't it feel great to be able to cross your legs so easily? You look great. Congratulations!

Your results really show off all of your consistent, hard work. Wonderful! If there is ever a need for a Natalie Wood look-a-like, run to the audition. :)

Awe-mazing! I admire your determination and ability to stick with it. You look great! I especially love the photo with you wearing your red dress from your 'before' pic. You're literally less than half the woman you were before.

Isn't it amazing what we can do when we just go for it? This is an awesome NSV!

Although I'm now retired and really have no need to make a lunch bento, I wanted to pipe in to say A thousand times thank you for this very positive, happy, uplifting & energizing thread! It's been an absolute pleasure to read this evening. I have a round container that is divided in to 3 sections, 1 large and 2 of equal…

Having an all or nothing attitude about food. I'm either dieting or completely off the rails. Comparing my food plan to others' plans. I have to stick with…

Excellent results! You look terrific.

Jaw-dropping results! I weigh just a bit more than what you lost and I can't imagine what it was like to carry around the equivalent of me all day. You must feel a tremendous lightness of being these days. Excellent results for your tremendous dedication to reach your goal!

Exactly what I was going to say. Why not incorporate all of these foods in to your daily diet?
