  • Thank you for all the posts they are very motivating and helpful. At the moment i swim 2 mornings a week but i am planning on uping that to 3 mornings and increase slowly. I will have a look at the others post on here and see what i can find. Thak you again :D :D

  • I havent started to go back to the gym yet either as i had a section and been told to wait 12 weeks so just walks for me. i have just started to watch what im eating and hoping for the best just now without the exercise

  • I have a little girl Megan who will be 5 in August and recently gave birth to a boy called Michael he is 3 weeks old. Megan goes to nursery 5 mornings a week and she starts school in August she is very excited about it. Looking forward to speaking to you all :-)
  • Drink plenty and weigh properly and dont skip anything
