Hello,

I'm 28 216lbs and I'd like to bring myself down to 140lbs one day at a time. I try to exercise daily and eat right. My main problem I believe is not exercising hard enough and my portion sizes. This website looks like fun and with set goals it will be easier to reach them.

    Hi i am new to this and would like like to get down to 140lbs. I have done this before and went off track and put a few pounds back on. Having friends on this is a good motivation and the support is great. I would be happy to help you along the way

    Hi.. I started MFP just over 2 yrs ago weighing 245lbs ... I'm currently 169lbs ... my goal weight is also 140lbs ...Love this site & the friends I have are so encouraging .. Good Luck & feel free to add me :)
