Sure you can... But why would you want to?
-
Probably for a while, because soon enough your body will reduce the amount of calories it burns for every activity and function, so you will no longer be "netting 0" anyway-- it will just look that way on paper. Bodies are pretty smart like that.

What damage?

1) Hormel - Real Bacon Pieces 2) Enza - Baby Jazz Apple 3) Wonderful (Sam's) - Roasted & Salted Almonds

They're cute. They're SUPER easy to maintain. I am also nearsighted, so I really only need them to drive (especially at night) or to watch TV. (I guess my degree of nearsightedness isn't that bad.) I wouldn't want to have to fool with contacts for as little as I "need" that vision boost. When I first found out that I…

I'm still here. Five months, fifteen days, and thirty-one pounds.

Very interesting!

Yeah... It is really mind blowing how much sodium people consume without even realizing it. I have made a pretty big effort to cut down on my sodium these past four months that I have been logging... And I'm still over every single day. Still, I am ashamed to say that my sodium intake now is WAY better than it ever has…

That is awesome! This is one of my main goals and motivators for losing weight. I'm 27 years old... I shouldn't be taking beta-blockers for high blood pressure. :frown: Right now, with medication, I run anywhere from 130-something-140 over 70-80-ish. Most recently it was 140/74 with a pulse of about 76. I'd *really* like…

What is your height, weight, and the level of activity you set your MFP profile to?

Ice.

LMAO! No, no... Continue. This is great. I totally feel ya!

Wow. Thank you! I've "known" for a while that the calorie values were really only rough estimates, and that the manufacturers are going to do all they can to make their product look appealing in that respect... (hence the zero calorie crap that isn't really calorie-free). But calculating it up and seeing such a drastic…

Hmmm... Still weird. But maybe it's more of a "Someone's eating my food!" thing rather than a "The fluffy girl doesn't need to eat." thing. Food can be a touchy subject when people are sharing a home.

If this is husband related, I would suggest a lot worse than that. Seriously... My brain exploded just thinking about it.
-
Who's refrigerator is it? If it's in your home, I can't even imagine a reason for that. I would be beyond infuriated in your position.

Sorry. I meant 180 vs. 206 calories. The discrepancy was NOT in my favor. :frown:

Do those nutrients have negative calories? Is that possible? Because that's the only thing I can think of that would account for the difference. I wonder if fiber content cancels out some of the calories so that the companies can put a lower calorie label on their foods, even thought the fat, protein, and carbs naturally…

Yeah... I've seen package errors before. Some generic mac & cheese I'd bought had calories listed "as prepared" (which I assumed to mean that it included the suggested milk and butter needed to actually prepare the food), but when I bought different generic brand, I realized the first brand had been listing their "as…

I have a giant bag of frozen broccoli florets that I have no idea what to do with... So I'll be watching this thread. *eats imaginary popcorn*

These are all calorie and macro values that match the packages. I double check the entries because there are so many errors and so many different entries for the same products. That's what I'm confused about. Take my glass of Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk-- when I add up the carb, fat, and protein calories, it comes…

I was wondering the same thing when I first started. I didn't get a clear answer on whether or not you should "eat back" the full amount... So I just decided not to think about it. I eat back my calories if I feel like it. I'm often over anyway, so it's not like I made a special choice to eat them back. If I do make an…

I can't think of anything I've shared online and wouldn't also feel comfortable sharing in person. I do tend to keep certain things *off* the interwebs, however, simply because of the non-private nature of internet forums and such. (I have made mistakes with using real names before, but I've tried to clean all that up as…

I'm 5'2" and I *had* over 100 pounds to lose when I started. Now I only (<--- LOL) have 94 pounds left to lose, but I think that's pretty close. Feel free to add me. :flowerforyou:

I currently have mine set to 2000. Sometimes I'm over, sometimes I'm under... And I usually eat my exercise calories back. (Though I haven't been exercising much recently.) I've only been at 2000 for a couple of weeks, though. Before that I was sticking to the MFP recommendations for losing 1 pound a week, which gave me…

I graduated at 17... Then I got pregnant (at 17) and had my daughter at 18. Because of that, I have *no* idea if I would have started gaining anyway as a adult. That's why I'm not sure where I should be at the end of this. I figure that 150 is a great goal to shoot for. I'll just have to see how I look and feel once I get…

I'm *sorta* close to your weight. Age: 27 Height: 5'2" Starting Weight: 269 Current weight: 242 We have similar goals, as well... 1st goal: 200 (Just because it's a nice number to shoot for.) 2nd goal: 169 (100 pounds down) 3rd goal: 150 (I think I could be comfortable here.) Ultimate Goal: 135 (I haven't been this…
