I feel the exact same way.....I just completed day 1 of level 2, and OMG! What I gotten myself into! lol. Jillian is REALLY kickin my butt!

Yes, I LOVE Wii Boxing! It is such a great workout! My other fav is Wii Just Dance 2! I could play that all day!

I use 3lb weights (tried 5 lbs, and it darn near killed me! lol)...I'll be doing day 7 of the shred tonight after work!

I have been doing the work outs without shoes. It's more comfortable for me that way in the summer.

So have I! I absolutely hate the push-up's, but I can now do them a little easier. And the crunches have goten a little easier for me too! Can't wait to see how I do by day 10!

Hello, I think i will join u with starting 30DS on 8/1....I too have a big problen with being consistent. But my job is starting a "biggest loser" challenge starting 8/1-9/30, and i'm so pumped to try and win!....Hopefully that will keep me on track:-)
